Blueberry Scone and Biscotti Recipes

I have collected some terrific blueberry scone and biscotti recipes! Any of these recipes would make a fine brunch item or "welcome to the neighborhood" gift.

Scones have a more biscuit like texture and frequently include raisins, currants, cheese or dates. Most coffee shops offer scones that include sweeter and more elaborate fillings, such as cranberries, blueberries, nuts, or even chocolate chip scones.

Biscotti has a crunchy texture similar to a cookie. First they are baked in a loaf and then cut into 1 inch strips and then baked again. They are an Italian cookie best designed for dipping into your favorite coffee or tea.
